A solid company with more than three decades of experience in the textile segment, its objective for the next cycle is to intensively expand its presence in the multi-brand retail channel without compromising its values of quality and sustainability. To lead the growth strategy, we are looking for a new Commercial Executive Management with a strong vision for market development.
As Executive Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for designing and applying effective strategies aligned with good market practices that expand the company’s participation in the multi-brand retail channel. His role will be to lead commercial projects, strengthen the brands in the portfolio and drive the growth of operations, with a focus on increasing revenue and improving commercial performance in the channel.
Define and execute commercial strategies to gain market share in the multi-brand retail channel;
Act closely with marketing, providing insights for the development of actions that strengthen the presence of brands in the market;
Lead the commercial team, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives;
Identify market expansion opportunities and new strategic partnerships;
Monitor and analyze commercial performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements;
Lead the expansion of multi-brand retail presence on a national level;
Ensure the sustainability of commercial operations, maintaining the quality of products and services.
Solid experience in commercial leadership in the textile segment, especially in the multi-brand retail channel;
Proven track record in developing and implementing market share growth strategies;
Producing knowledge in team management and commercial indicators;
Availability to live in the South Region.
