Seeking modernization and sustainable growth, the company is hiring new leadership for the Information Technology area, with an emphasis on SAP S/4HANA and infrastructure.
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and administration of IT systems, focusing on the integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions and the development of technological strategies that guarantee the efficiency and security of the IT infrastructure. Your main challenge will be to coordinate and optimize complex IT projects, driving digital transformation and modernization of the company’s technological infrastructure.
Lead the implementation and management of the SAP S4HANA system, ensuring efficient integration with business processes;
Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, aligning technological solutions with the strategic needs of the business, while monitoring performance and security, and taking corrective actions proactively to ensure the stability and efficiency of systems;
Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that promote innovation and agility in the organization;
Coordinate the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring that projects are delivered within planned deadlines and budgets;
Develop and lead IT teams, promoting an environment of collaboration and continuous learning;
Ensure IT governance policies are followed while maintaining compliance with security standards and industry best practices.
Solid experience in SAP S4HANA;
Deep knowledge in IT infrastructure, information security and development of technological strategies for digital transformation;
Proven leadership skills, with experience in developing high-performance teams and project management;
Availability of mobility to Joinville/SC.
