With a successful track record in agribusiness, our client stands out for its high commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology in all stages of the production process. In a context of expansion and consolidation of its family structure, the company is seeking a new Industrial Project Manager to lead high-investment initiatives and drive business growth.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for the complete management of industrial projects, from the initial planning phase to final delivery. You will perform the strategic analysis of the project, establish crucial milestones and manage the risks involved. Your role will be essential to ensure that projects are executed within regulatory standards, efficiently and on time, directly contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and innovation.
Manage the budget and allocate resources efficiently, coordinating the team and negotiating with suppliers and service providers;
Supervise project execution, ensuring compliance with quality standards and proactively managing risks;
Perform detailed analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, assess feasibility and develop strategies to optimize production capacity;
Conduct strategic analysis and milestone definition using the FEL (Front-End Loading) methodology, ensuring detailed and effective planning;
Manage multifunctional teams involved in the project, promoting collaboration and ensuring efficient execution of activities.
Proven experience in engineering leadership positions in Greenfield and Brownfield projects;
Familiarity with technical standards and safety and environmental regulations applicable to the industry;
Mobility to reside in the South Region.
