To support this evolution, the company is looking for a new executive to join its team as a leader in the industrial area, with the aim of strengthening its presence in the market and consolidating its position as a reference in the segment.
As an Industrial Manager, you will be responsible for leading plant operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality and strategic alignment at all production stages. The professional will aim to improve industrial processes, implement continuous improvements and coordinate technical projects that strengthen the unit’s delivery capacity, meeting the specific demands of its customers.
Manage the industrial operation, ensuring production efficiency and the quality of delivered products;
Coordinate and implement process improvements, optimizing costs and increasing productivity;
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and sustainability standards applicable to the sector;
Monitor the development of technical projects for parts, molds and production processes, aligned with market requirements;
Monitor performance indicators and implement actions to achieve organizational objectives;
Collaborate with international areas, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure efficient integration of operations.
Proven experience in industrial management in the automotive or related sector;
Ability to lead teams and implement continuous improvements in industrial operations;
Mobility to work in the Sete Lagoas region.
