A large company in the industrial sector, evolving its governance model, is looking for an Industrial Director to lead and coordinate all its operations, ensuring the efficiency of production processes, the quality of products and the achievement of respective goals. The objective of hiring is to ensure close collaboration between the industrial area and others, in order to optimize processes and achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
Reporting to the CEO, the new leader will be responsible for managing all stages of product processing, working to improve processes with a focus on increasing production and quality performance.
Ensure execution of relevant projects, aiming to increase productivity, implement new technologies and new processes, with the aim of increasing operational efficiency;
Lead the efficient functioning of the areas of Production, Quality, Engineering, PCP, Maintenance, Projects and Safety;
Manage the daily operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with production, quality and safety targets;
Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve operational efficiency;
Supervise production, maintenance, quality and safety teams, promoting a collaborative and motivating work environment;
Monitor performance indicators (KPI’s), and take corrective measures to ensure optimal performance of the operation;
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards and regulations;
Participate in the planning and execution of projects to expand or improve production capacity;
Manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and sustainable use;
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of industrial operations.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Operations Engineering;
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management and continuous improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.);
Experience with budget and resource management;
Familiarity with safety, occupational health and environmental standards;
Advanced English desirable;
Availability to live in Curitiba or Metropolitan Region.
