Recognized as one of the main global biofuel industrial groups, our client is a reference in the production of renewable energy and the development of sustainable solutions for the market in which they operate. At a strategic time of expansion and improvement of its production capacity, the company is looking for an Industrial Director to take on the leadership of its operations, strengthening its prominent position in the sector.
As Industrial Director, you will be responsible for leading and improving biofuel production processes, with a focus on operational excellence, innovation and sustainability. Its main mission will be to ensure the alignment of operations with market demands, implementing strategies that increase competitiveness and guarantee compliance with the highest quality standards and environmental regulations.
Plan and execute strategies to optimize the production of biodiesel and other biofuels;
Lead innovation and industrial modernization projects, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency;
Manage industrial plant operations, ensuring compliance with productivity and quality targets;
Supervise processes related to the extraction of vegetable oils, optimizing their integration with the production of biofuels;
Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance, promoting sustainable industrial practices;
Develop and lead high-performance teams, strengthening the culture of operational excellence;
Manage industrial costs and resources, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Proven experience in leadership positions in the biofuels sector or related industries;
In-depth technical knowledge in biodiesel production processes and renewable energy technologies;
Solid track record in operational efficiency and industrial sustainability projects;
Mobility to live and work in the North of Goiás region;
Advanced English.
