Known for developing unique and growing projects in the construction market, the company is looking for a new Head of Properties, who will be responsible for the strategic management of contracts and properties, including the supervision of rental revenue, maintenance of spaces and development of new commercial opportunities.
This professional will play an essential role in developing and valuing the property portfolio, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing financial return.
Monitor and optimize revenue from rentals, identifying opportunities to increase the return on existing assets and proposing strategies to maximize revenue generation potential;
Supervise all active property contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, and promoting integrated management to control deadlines, values and contractual conditions;
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of properties, maintaining the value and functionality of assets, ensuring the safety and comfort of occupants and compliance with quality standards;
Carry out periodic reviews and strategic renegotiations of lease and service contracts, focusing on updating commercial conditions and mitigating risks;
Identify new business opportunities to expand the portfolio and develop new contracts, establishing strategic partnerships and exploring potential markets for sustainable growth of the property portfolio;
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, investors and stakeholders, promoting clear and transparent communication, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
Training in Administration, Civil Engineering, Economics, Law or related areas;
Proven experience in property and contract management in construction, real estate or facilities companies;
Strong analytical skills for revenue management, contract review and development of commercial strategies;
Skill in business development and market expansion;
Availability to live in Joinville/SC.
Corporate hiring format with fixed monthly remuneration.
