Are you ready to lead the global recruitment strategy of a high growth technology company?

Fast-growing technology company seeks executive leader for its most critical area. The biggest goal is to ensure the expansion of Engineering, Design and Product teams in Latin America.

As Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle and report globally on the area’s results.

Main responsabilities:

  • Lead and coach the recruiting team with relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
  • Ensure the progressive hiring of tech talents;
  • Bring market and data insights into the process in order to leverage internal best practices by offering new solutions;
  • Create strategy for full cycle of scaling tech teams and for all Talent Acquisition in Latin America;
  • Manage recruitment metrics, always looking for ways to make the process more efficient and assertive;
  • Develop marketing strategies that preserve company purpose, growth opportunities and global impact;
  • Train leaders to understand the value of diverse teams and mindsets;
  • Ensure efficiency of talent mapping for decision making and definition of project scopes;
  • Work a nywhere in Latin America.

Requirements:

  • Solid performance in recruiting for technology;
  • Experience in managing recruiting teams in global expansion;
  • Fluent English.
