At a time of growth and professionalization of its management, a company in the construction sector is looking for new leadership to act strategically as General Director. The executive will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams and defining business expansion strategies.
With a focus on operations, finance and commercial areas, your role will be, in addition to identifying and developing new business opportunities, to establish relationships with real estate funds that add value to the business, boost its growth and confirm the company’s presence in the market.
Manage the existing client portfolio, strengthening relationships and identifying ways to add value to the services offered;
Conduct market analyzes to evaluate trends, sector demands and growth opportunities, adapting the implemented strategies;
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis and profit margins;
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, investors and partners;
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure commercial strategies are aligned with the company’s delivery capacity;
Work together with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotion and commercialization strategies for the projects;
Participate in strategic negotiations and support the closing of important contracts;
Provide reports to senior management, highlighting commercial performance, opportunities for improvement and associated risks;
Ensure all projects comply with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
Higher education in Civil Engineering. Postgraduate or MBA in the area is an advantage;
Proven experience in leadership positions in the areas of Operations, Commercial and Finance, exclusively in the construction sector;
Management of large teams, preferably commercial, finance and operations;
Extensive experience in medium and high-end projects in the construction and real estate development sector;
Solid knowledge of real estate industry rules and regulations; Good relationship history with stakeholders;
Availability to move to Santa Catarina.
