Job description

In a period of growth and continuous investment in innovation and technology, our client is a company committed to offering high quality products and excellent service. Seeking to optimize its operations and strengthen its position in the market, the company is looking for a new Financial Administrative Manager.

As area leader, you will be responsible for reprofiling the company’s debt, exploring opportunities to reduce WACC and increase Duration, while identifying and implementing processes that can be automated and digitized to increase operational efficiency. In addition, you must effectively manage administrative areas, aligning them with the company’s strategic objectives, thus promoting financial sustainability and adaptability to market changes.

Main responsabilities:
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies, including preparing annual budgets and projecting cash flows;

  • Maintain an effective relationship with banking institutions to guarantee the best financing conditions;

  • Prepare and control the administrative budget, ensuring efficient spending;

  • Implement continuous improvements in administrative processes, aiming to optimize resources;

  • Manage the company’s cash flow, including controlling accounts payable and receivable, as well as managing investments and financing;

  • Perform financial analyzes to identify trends, opportunities and risks, and provide insights for strategic decision making;

  • Identify opportunities to renegotiate loan and financing terms, aiming to improve payment conditions, such as extended terms or reduced interest rates.

  • Background in companies in the industrial segment, having worked in leadership positions in the financial area;

  • Solid knowledge in debt reprofiling, strategies for reducing WACC and increasing Duration;

  • Experience in process automation and implementation of digital solutions, such as RPA;

  • It is necessary to work with banking relationships and treasury management, accounts payable and receivable;

  • Previous fundraising experience.
