A company in the construction and development sector, specialized in medium and high-end residential developments, is experiencing accelerated expansion, with a focus on expanding its presence in the market and exploring new growth opportunities. To support this scenario, we are looking for an Executive Finance Manager who will strengthen the company’s financial structure, improve fundraising strategies and support planned growth.
The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing solid financial strategies, promoting improvements in fundraising processes and ensuring the financial sustainability of new ventures.
Lead the structuring of the financial area, including strategic planning, budget control and financial analysis;
Work on raising funds to finance the construction company’s projects, ensuring access to credit lines and strategic partnerships;
Develop and execute structured operations that optimize the cost of capital and offer solidity to the growth of enterprises;
Actively participate in expansion projects, from evaluating new markets to the financial structuring of projects;
Identify opportunities for new businesses and partnerships that contribute to increasing market share and diversifying revenue;
Implement financial and operational practices that sustain long-term growth and increase resource efficiency;
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the financial area, aligning with best market practices.
Engineering background desirable;
Solid experience in financial leadership positions, preferably in the construction sector with a focus on medium and high-end residential developments;
Experience in fast-growing environments, with a history of implementing robust financial processes;
Proven track record in fundraising and structured operations;
Experience in company growth projects, including opening new markets and expanding operations;
Analytical profile, with the ability to manage financial risks and make strategic decisions;
Availability to live in Paraná.
