Financial Director

With a diversified portfolio that covers four business units nationally and internationally, the company is looking for a Financial Director to continue driving its expansion and strengthen its sustainable growth strategy, aligned with new market opportunities and the evolution of operations.​

As Financial Director, your main challenge will be to contribute and sustain the continued growth of the organization, integrating the financial operations of the BUs. Its mission will include ensuring operational efficiency, with an emphasis on creating the Shared Services Center. Additionally, you will lead robust fundraising and issuance strategies, ensuring the necessary financing for a sustainable and profitable expansion of the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that maximize the return on invested capital (ROI) and support the organic and inorganic expansion plan;

• Lead a Shared Services Center (CSC) project, integrating multiple functions and business units;

• Ensure compliance of financial reports with international standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory standards, in addition to ensuring the accuracy of financial statements;

• Manage cash flow and working capital, optimizing the debt and investment structure, focusing on liquidity and profitability;

• Conduct financial risk management, including foreign exchange exposure, interest rates and credit, using hedging and derivative instruments;

• Optimize accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collection processes;

• Lead digital transformation initiatives in the financial area, promoting the adoption of integrated ERP systems and business intelligence tools for predictive analysis and process automation;

• Maintain an effective relationship with banking institutions to guarantee the best financing conditions.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as Financial Director in large companies in the retail segment;

• Experience in highly complex Shared Services Center (CSC) structures, preferably using SAP;

• Expertise in cash management and financial processes in fast operation cycles;

• Experience in debt structuring and complex working capital management.
