Dedicated to providing solutions for the industrial market, our client has a strong national and international presence. With a close eye on the future and the expansion of its operations, it is looking for a new Financial Director to lead the structuring of initiatives aimed at strengthening corporate treasury, aiming at business sustainability.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing long-term cash flow and fundraising strategies, aligned with the company’s global planning. Your action will be essential to guarantee the expansion of results, through analysis of macroeconomic scenarios, development of hedging strategies and management of risks associated with exchange rate variations.
Ensure the availability of resources to meet the company’s financial obligations, which involves planning and executing short- and long-term cash flow strategies;
Search for fundraising opportunities, such as issuing bonds or credit operations, and for applying financial resources, exploring new financing and investment opportunities;
Develop policies and strategies to mitigate risks related to exchange rate and interest rate variations, using hedging instruments to protect the company against financial risks;
Conduct debt reprofiling with financial institutions and promote a strategic and effective relationship with banks, investors and other stakeholders;
Monitor financial performance indicators, ensuring the health and sustainability of the organization;
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations applicable to the financial sector and the company’s segment.
Consolidated experience in financial leadership positions in business environments with high exposure to foreign currencies;
Experience in financial modeling and simulations of exchange rate scenarios;
Expertise in fundraising and debt profiling;
Knowledge of local and international exchange regulations.
