Focusing on sustainable expansion and consolidating its presence in the market, a company recognized for its commitment to innovation and the quality of its products in the consumer goods segment, is looking for a new Executive to strengthen its financial area.
As Executive Treasury Manager, you will face the challenge of structuring the treasury area, ensuring a rigorous analysis of the company’s investments. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the group’s financial strength, while implementing practices that drive efficiency and sustainability in management, ensuring that portfolio growth reflects the company’s financial health.
Optimize accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collection processes, cash flow and working capital management;
Evaluate and manage the company’s investments, aligning them with the group’s strategic objectives;
Develop strategies for managing financial and exchange rate risks, ensuring the protection of the company’s assets;
Collaborate in the preparation of financial reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making;
Integrate fundraising strategies into the company’s budget and strategic planning;
Identify opportunities to renegotiate loan and financing terms, aiming to improve payment conditions, such as extended terms or reduced interest rates;
Implement financial governance practices that promote transparency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Background in companies in the industrial segment, having worked in leadership positions in the financial area;
Experience in process automation and implementation of digital solutions, such as RPA;
Availability to live in Rio Grande do Sul.
