Our client, committed to sustainability and continuous improvement, is looking for a new Operations Management to strengthen its team.
As a leader in this area, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all activities related to production and operations, with the main objective of ensuring the efficiency of production processes, ensuring product quality, meeting established deadlines and maximizing team resources. of production. Therefore, seeking to maximize productivity and generate results that drive the company’s sustainable growth and continuous innovation.
Manage all stages of the production process, from planning to execution, ensuring that products are manufactured according to specifications and within established deadlines;
Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement, increase productivity and reduce operational costs;
Develop production, maintenance and quality teams, promoting a safe, collaborative and results-oriented work environment;
Ensure that all operations comply with quality, safety and industrial regulatory standards by carrying out internal audits and implementing continuous improvements;
Identify and implement new technologies and processes that can add value to the business, promote continuous improvement and strengthen the company’s competitiveness in the market.
Proven experience as Operations Manager in the metal mechanic or automotive industry;
Deep knowledge in manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies;
Mobility to live in Serra Gaúcha;
Advanced English.
