Operating in the electronics sector, our client is a company that is committed to innovation and excellence in its products. At a time of significant expansion and diversification of its portfolio, the company is looking for an executive to lead its Compensation and Benefits area, with the aim of ensuring that its compensation practices are aligned with the best market practices and the organization’s growth goals.
As Executive Remuneration and Benefits Manager, your main challenge will be to develop and optimize strategies that ensure the attraction and retention of qualified professionals, in addition to fostering a work environment that supports employee motivation and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the review and innovation of benefits packages, ensuring they are in line with market trends and the company’s needs.
Develop and implement compensation strategies that are aligned with corporate objectives and market practices;
Manage the review and development of benefits packages, ensuring competitiveness and employee satisfaction;
Conduct market analysis to keep compensation and benefits packages up to date and attractive;
Coordinate and supervise the administration of benefit programs, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
Develop and monitor metrics and indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs;
Work in partnership with other human resources areas to integrate compensation strategies with other talent management initiatives;
Provide support and strategic consultancy to senior management on issues related to compensation and benefits.
Proven experience in leading Remuneration and Benefits areas in multinational companies;
Solid knowledge of compensation practices, benefits and labor regulations;
Ability to perform market analysis and develop competitive compensation strategies;
Experience in optimization and innovation projects for benefits and compensation packages.
