Job description

Developing Investor Relations strategies from the initial stages of going public is definitive for a better insertion of the company in the investor community.

To ensure the success of its IPO, the industrial company is looking for an Executive IR Manager to lead the new area responsible for the company’s financial health and reputation with its potential shareholders.

Main responsibilities:

  • Establish a connection between the company’s management and shareholders and other agents;
  • Implement a publicly traded company culture with the internal public;
  • Determine strategic objectives and, based on this planning, establish the size and status of the area within the company;
  • Periodically reassess goals, preventing the program from lagging behind market realities;
  • Strengthen the company’s brand in the market, providing information that shows investors about the company’s health and its investment potential;
  • Clarify any communication noises;
  • Feed the company by bringing feedback and market expectations;
  • Trading shares on the stock exchange, being a corporation (SA);
  • Regulate the organization before the law, with regard to the area;
  • Joining activities, methods, techniques and practices that are, directly or indirectly, related to the finance, marketing and communication departments;
  • Hold meetings with potential investors and shareholders, as a form of accountability.

Requirements:

  • Leadership role in an IR structure;
  • Proven participation in the IPO process;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Desirable experience in companies in the industrial sector.
