In a scenario of important transformation, we are looking for a new Executive Human Resources Manager to lead initiatives that align the organizational culture with the company’s long-term strategies.
As leader of the area, you will be responsible for implementing programs and initiatives from a People perspective that will result in a robust process of cultural transformation, fundamental to sustaining the organization’s vision of the future. Its focus will be on developing and monitoring structuring projects for the development and training of skills, in addition to increasing the maturity of People Analytics in the organization, supporting strategic decision-making and bringing insights to the business through data.
Lead the implementation of initiatives that promote the cultural transformation of the organization;
Establish strategies for attracting, developing and retaining talent, ensuring a continuous leadership pipeline;
Promote actions that improve the employee experience throughout their journey with the company;
Manage internal communication to ensure transparency and engagement between teams;
Ensure compliance of HR processes with labor regulations and corporate governance standards.
Experience as a Human Resources leader, preferably in companies in the industrial sector;
Experience in cultural transformation and change management projects;
Proven ability to implement projects related to People Analytics and Workforce Planning;
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
