A leading company in industrial automation, recognized for its innovation and high-tech projects, is experiencing a period of global expansion of its operations. To lead this phase of strategic growth, we are looking for an Executive Business Manager with technical expertise and market vision.
As Executive Business Manager, you will be the leader of the company’s expansion strategy, identifying and exploring opportunities in various industrial sectors, both in Brazil and abroad. You will have complete responsibility for the technical and commercial areas, being directly responsible for the organization’s financial results.
Create and implement plans to drive the company’s growth, aligned with long-term objectives;
Identify and take advantage of industrial market opportunities to identify promising niches and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities;
Conduct complex negotiations with customers and partners in different countries, ensuring the company’s successful expansion into new markets;
Manage strategic projects, supervise and ensure the success of large projects with key clients, from planning to implementation;
Develop and maintain solid relationships with important stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and regulatory bodies;
Have complete responsibility for the company’s financial results, seeking to optimize costs, increase revenue and maximize profitability.
Proven experience in a leadership position in the industrial automation sector;
Deep knowledge of the dynamics of the automation market; Commercial and technical vision, with excellent negotiation skills;
Ability to develop and implement growth strategies and P&L management;
Advanced English;
Availability to live in Santa Catarina.
