In a cycle of bold expansion, the company is looking for a new Executive Business Director to lead the commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth, in Brazil and internationally.
As Director of the area, your main mission will be to integrate and strategically lead the areas of sales, marketing, product, export and expansion, leading initiatives that consolidate the company’s presence in new markets. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all business operations are aligned with industry demands and positioned at the forefront of innovation and growth.
Coordinate the development and innovation of new products, ensuring that they meet market demands and brand positioning;
Supervise and optimize operational processes, aiming for continuous improvement and cost reduction;
Monitor and analyze financial and operational results, proposing adjustments whenever necessary to optimize performance.
Significant experience in leadership positions in the textile sector, with strong experience in commercial and business expansion areas;
Solid knowledge in sales and marketing channel management, with an emphasis on wholesale and retail strategies;
Experience with implementing international expansion projects and managing operations in different markets;
Leadership ability to coordinate multifunctional teams and generate impactful results for the business.
