Recognized for its prominent position among the largest cooperative agribusiness industries in the south of the country and for its commitment to sustainable practices, our client is looking for a new executive reporting directly to the presidency to lead the creation of a new high-investment project linked to soybean processing, aiming to expand its production capacity and add value to the business.
As an Engineering and Investment Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the project, from conception to implementation. Applying the FEL methodology, you will conduct strategic analysis, define milestones and manage risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient execution, ensuring the delivery of expected results and successful plant creation.
Carry out detailed analyzes to identify opportunities for improvement, assess feasibility and develop strategies to optimize production capacity;
Lead and manage all phases of the soybean processing project, from conception to implementation, ensuring delivery within the established deadline and budget;
Ensure that the project complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and regulatory licenses;
Conduct strategic analysis and define milestones using the FEL (Front-End Loading) methodology, ensuring detailed and effective planning;
Manage multifunctional teams involved in the project, promoting collaboration and ensuring the efficient execution of activities.
Proven experience in engineering leadership roles in Greenfield projects;
Have professional experience preferably focused on grain crushing;
Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD, Navisworks), process modeling and simulation, with skills in P&IDs and soy and oil processes;
Familiarity with technical standards and safety and environmental regulations applicable to the industry;
Mobility to live in the middle plateau region.
