Our client, a leader in the industrial sector and a market reference in new technologies, is going through a decisive moment in the evolution of its governance model and international expansion. To lead this transformation, we are looking for new leadership to work on the front line of innovation as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), focusing on team management, technological innovation and the development of advanced solutions.
As an area leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and effective technological solutions that meet the company’s business needs. Your role will include identifying and developing new products and cutting-edge technologies that boost the company’s competitiveness. Additionally, you must identify new growth opportunities and trends in the industrial market, aligned with the growth and innovation plan, developed in collaboration with the CEO.
Identify and evaluate the potential of emerging technologies applicable to the industrial sector at a global level;
Plan, execute and monitor preventive actions to ensure the robust performance of internal tools and production environments;
Manage budgets and investments in technology, aiming to maximize the return on investments made;
Lead development teams in creating new products and solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations;
Establish strategic technological partnerships to leverage shared resources and knowledge, driving innovation and company growth.
Proven experience in leadership and management positions in the technology area, preferably in the industrial sector;
Experience in budget management and decision making in technological investments;
Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and managing multifunctional teams;
Mobility to live in Santa Catarina.
