As Credit Superintendent you will be responsible for initiatives that boost the profitability of the individual portfolio. Your initial challenge will be to map and implement the best process automation tools through a credit engine that meets the company’s expectations and objectives. This project aims to support the group’s growth by developing long-term strategies to increase efficiency and reduce risks across the entire credit mat.

Main responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sustainable growth strategies for the individual credit portfolio, aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives;

  • Develop automated credit analysis and approval processes through the implementation of a credit engine, generating greater operational efficiency, reducing risks and improving the customer experience;

  • Constantly monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for improvement;

  • Lead and develop the team consisting of the operations, analysis, approvals and records team;
  • Maintain constant interaction with other areas of the company, such as marketing and sales, to develop integrated campaigns and strategies for offering credit;

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and national policies related to individual credit.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the area of ​​individual credit, preferably in retail or financial services companies;

  • Solid knowledge of credit analysis and risk management practices;

  • Proven cases of process automation through the implementation of credit engines;

  • Availability to live in Rio Grande do Sul.
