In this context of growth, the company is looking for a Corporate Purchasing Manager to strengthen its supply strategy and support business advancement.
As leader of the Purchasing area, you will be responsible for developing and diversifying the supplier base, implementing robust performance and compliance indicator structures. Your role will be essential to ensure the efficiency and governance of purchasing processes, boosting the company’s growth in the market.
Evaluate and diversify suppliers, seeking strategic partnerships and promoting compliance with compliance policies;
Conduct strategic supply negotiations, ensuring the best relationship between cost, quality and deadlines;
Monitor and ensure compliance with area indicators, taking corrective actions to ensure planned results;
Plan and improve organizational processes, integrating new technologies and innovative solutions for greater efficiency;
Manage the team according to the company’s values, promoting technical and behavioral development, in addition to disseminating good practices.
Solid experience in leadership positions in the purchasing area with strong experience in expansion projects;
Proven success in cost reduction projects, including supplier optimization and negotiations;
Mobility to reside in the Alto Uruguay region;
Advanced English.
