As one of the leaders in the sector in Brazil and increasingly investing in professionalizing its governance structure, a reference company in its segment of activity is looking for new leadership to work in its People and Management division. Leading all subsystems in the area, you will be responsible for connecting business strategy to people strategy.
Reporting to the Vice-Presidency of Operations, your main challenge will be to develop and execute strategies that are in line with the company’s objectives, focusing on increasing efficiency through the use of data and process automation.
Build a people strategy aligned with the group’s long-term strategy;
Develop and conduct training and development programs that improve employees’ skills and competencies, promoting personal and professional growth;
Implement an effective performance evaluation system, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for individual and collective improvement;
Manage competitive benefits programs and well-being initiatives that improve employee quality of life and increase retention;
Ensure that all HR practices comply with current labor laws and regulations.
Desirable academic background in Business Administration, Economics or related areas;
Experience as a Human Resources leader focusing on efficiency projects based on performance indicators;
Mobility to live in Porto Alegre/RS;
Ability to drive organizational transformation initiatives and promote continuous improvement of Human Resources processes and practices.
