Recognized for its commitment to excellence in the development of solutions for the non-durable consumer goods segment, coupled with the objective of transforming its organizational culture and aligning its management practices with the best market strategies, our client is looking for a ) new Human Resources Manager.
As leader of the area, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of a people management model that drives the ongoing cultural and organizational transformation. Your role will require the ability to align market best practices with the demands of an evolving corporate environment.
Lead all Human Resources subsystems: Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Assessment, Positions & Salaries, Career & Succession, Organizational Climate, Culture, Payroll and Labor and Union Relations;
Coordinate the implementation of the Business Partner model, ensuring its integration with business strategies;
Continue the cultural transformation project, supporting leaders in managing change with their teams;
Develop training and qualification strategies that support employee development and organizational growth;
Carry out analyzes and reports on Human Resources metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
Experience as a Human Resources manager in companies with industrial operations, preferably in the non-durable consumer goods segment;
Proven ability in cultural transformation projects and implementation of organizational changes;
History of leading programs and projects that directly impacted the efficiency of operational and business areas;
Mobility to live in the Baixada Santista region (SP).
