Our client is a large company in the chemical sector, known for its solid performance in the market and its commitment to operational efficiency. At a time of expansion and restructuring of its operations, it is looking for new leadership to strengthen its people and organization management practices.
As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading personnel and benefits administration processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and efficiency in operations. Additionally, you will manage the P&O budget, workforce planning, and health and wellness initiatives, conducting union negotiations and optimizing the use of the SAP sheet system.
Manage all operational aspects of Human Resources, including payroll, benefits and labor compliance;
Lead and develop the P&O operations team, ensuring excellence in deliveries;
Supervise the SAP payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and security;
Manage the P&O budget, ensuring efficient control of financial resources;
Implement and monitor P&O operations KPIs, promoting continuous improvements;
Collaborate on strategic P&O projects, such as onboarding new employees and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Consolidated experience in HR operations (shared services) or related areas in a multinational company;
In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and experience in personnel administration;
Experience using SAP for payroll management;
Solid experience in union negotiation and labor relations.
