With a solid commitment to providing high-level services to customers and increasingly valuing the efficiency of processes and the sustainable use of resources, the company specializing in financial solutions is looking for a new Control and Management Manager. In a context of growth and modernization, this position will strengthen and develop best operational efficiency practices, essential to generating longevity for the business and the companies served.
As Control and Management Manager, you will have the mission of structuring and leading process mapping and optimization projects, ensuring the management and creation of performance indicators, unfolding the company’s strategy and consolidating governance oriented towards sustainable and efficient results.
Carry out process mapping and redesign, applying methodologies such as BPM (Business Process Management) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement;
Develop and monitor KPIs and OKRs, ensuring the execution of strategies focused on measurable results;
Manage the portfolio of strategic projects, using PMO methodologies and agile frameworks to optimize resource allocation;
Implement and supervise internal controls, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and minimizing risks;
Perform benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure that control and management practices are aligned with best market practices.
Experience in business management consultancy or financial management, with a focus on control and management;
Experience in process mapping, indicator management and project leadership;
Advanced knowledge in risk analysis and ability to implement optimization solutions;
Analytical and communication skills to translate data into strategic insights.
