A consolidated company in the chemical industry, with a solid methodological basis and extensive experience in the market, is looking for an executive to occupy the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). This hiring aims to further strengthen the end-to-end integration of operational processes, as well as improve the workflow line and optimize internal processes. The objective is to ensure that the company continues to be a leader in efficiency and innovation within the sector.
As COO, you will have primary responsibility for overseeing the company’s daily operations, ensuring that all processes are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will lead cross-functional teams, aligning them with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Your role will be fundamental in implementing strategies that promote operational excellence and in supporting the organizational vision defined by the Board.
Supervise the company’s operations, ensuring that all departments are aligned to achieve established strategic goals;
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the company’s operations;
Collaborate with the Board in defining and driving the organizational vision;
Implement strategies and business plans aligned with short and long-term objectives;
Ensure end-to-end delivery of chemical products, connected to customer needs;
Work in collaboration with business areas to improve service, aligning market needs with delivery capacity;
Develop and implement operational policies and pricing strategies that improve operational efficiency, profitability and margin.
Proven experience in leadership positions in operations, preferably in chemical industries;
Deep knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence and industry 4.0;
Advanced Spanish;
Mobility to live in Santa Catarina.
