As a Controller, you will face crucial challenges to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include implementing and improving internal control processes to mitigate risks and ensure the reliability of accounting and financial information, analyze and interpret data to provide strategic insights to management, lead the preparation and monitoring of the corporate budget with a focus on optimizing costs and maximizing results, in addition to ensuring compliance with fiscal and tax obligations.
Responsible for the company’s economic and financial performance, as well as regulatory and compliance aspects;
Implement and improve internal control processes to mitigate risks and ensure the reliability of accounting and financial information;
Lead the preparation and monitoring of the business budget, seeking to optimize costs and maximize results;
Ensure compliance with tax and tax obligations, avoiding contingencies and penalties;
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and policies;
Recommend new approaches, processes and strategies for the company’s development aligned with business objectives;
Develop strategies and implement practices that minimize tax burdens and maximize tax efficiency, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations;
Prepare reports and financial statements to report accounting information, in IFRS format.
Experience in companies in the manufacturing industry segment;
Have worked in the implementation of internal control and budget management processes;
Knowledge of industrial costing;
Active CRC;
Advanced English.
