Job description

In the context of expanding its coverage area, a reference company in the food sector is looking for a new senior executive to take on leadership of the commercial area in the São Paulo – SP region, lead the development of new customers and optimization of business processes.

As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the strategic management of the sales area in various channels in the São Paulo region, including large accounts, retail and distributors, through close collaboration with the team, in order to conduct strategic and highly relevant contract negotiations. for the business.

Main responsabilities:

  • Restructure commercial management processes, routines and metrics to support the team with insights and feedback;

  • Direct the execution of the go-to-market plan in the various locations in the region, leading the sales teams to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives;

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities and conducting contract negotiations;

  • Identify the market and competition, identifying trends and opportunities for the development of new products or services;

  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, norms and quality standards when carrying out commercial activities, ensuring excellence in customer service and maintaining the brand’s reputation.


  • Experience as a manager of Sales teams in the food and beverage industries; Strategic business vision and continuous focus on team development and training;

  • MBA specialization in Strategic Sales Management, Business Management or similar is desirable;

  • Advanced English will be an advantage.
