In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial growth strategies, leading initiatives to open new markets with a focus on B2B technical solutions. You will work on strategic projects that require business vision, a sense of ownership and strong relationship skills to engage stakeholders and promote results aligned with the company’s future vision.
Develop commercial strategies to expand operations in new markets, promoting segment diversification;
Lead customer prospecting and build solid and lasting commercial partnerships;
Implement structured processes for B2B technical sales, ensuring adherence to customer needs and the company’s portfolio;
Manage complex negotiations, aligning short and long-term objectives;
Establish performance indicators and monitor the achievement of commercial goals;
Collaborate with other areas of the company to integrate technical and operational solutions to market demands;
Represent the organization at events, fairs and strategic meetings, strengthening its presence in the market.
Proven experience in commercial management, with national operations and focus on B2B technical sales;
History of opening new markets and diversifying segments in industrial or technical environments;
Entrepreneurial profile, with a sense of ownership and strategic vision;
Ability to lead negotiation processes and manage large accounts.
