Regional leader in the medical devices segment, our client’s vision is to be a reference in high-performance solutions for the healthcare sector. To support this objective, we are looking for a new Commercial Executive Manager who will lead commercial strategies aligned with market needs, promoting sustainable practices and technological innovation in hospital environments.
As a leader in the area, you will have the mission of leading initiatives aimed at market expansion, developing new businesses and strengthening commercial partnerships. Your role will involve creating and implementing solutions that promote operational security and service excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving results.
Lead strategic negotiations with partners and customers, aiming at commercial expansion and brand consolidation;
Implement biosafety projects, developing training and technical support programs;
Prepare and manage contracts ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and quality standards;
Develop and monitor KPIs combined with the construction of corrective actions for continuous improvement;
Promote medical safety actions and operational efficiency in services and processes in compliance with health agency standards and regulations.
Robust sales experience for the private healthcare market in hospital product distribution companies;
Strong experience in contract management and complex national and multinational negotiations;
Consolidated ability in cost analysis, productivity and evaluation of new technologies;
Desirable knowledge in biosafety areas;
Mobility to live in the interior of São Paulo.
