With significant presence in the national retail market, in a strong moment of expansion in the western region of Paraná, the renowned company is looking for a new Commercial Director to lead its team and strengthen its commercial strategies.
Seeking to expand its presence, which is already quite significant in the sector, your challenge will be to drive and boost the company’s business strategy, ensuring revenue maximization, brand consolidation and sustainable growth in the market.
Develop the commercial plan with a focus on increasing revenue, margins and profitability;
Develop and lead the related team, promoting a culture of high performance and focus on results;
Identify opportunities for market expansion and new strategic partnerships in the region;
Define tools and process steps that prioritize continuous improvement practices, monitoring the performance of points of sale;
Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and anticipate changes to ensure the company’s competitive position;
Manage strategies for all fronts in the area, such as pricing, prospecting and after-sales, with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
Complete higher education, preferably in Administration, Economics, Marketing or related areas. Postgraduate or MBA will be considered an advantage;
Solid experience in commercial management positions;
Availability to live in the western region of Paraná.
