A leading global consumer goods company with a strategy focused on sustainable growth through the expansion of its global market presence is seeking a new Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the digital transformation and optimize its technology processes.
Reporting to the Executive Board, you will be responsible for defining and implementing technology strategies that drive innovation and operational efficiency, aligning them with organizational objectives. Your focus will be to lead digital transformation projects, promote the modernization of ERP systems, ensure a robust IT infrastructure and implement advanced security measures, ensuring the stability of operations and supporting the company’s continued growth and global expansion.
Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company’s growth and innovation objectives;
Lead the digital transformation, promoting the integration of new technologies and practices that drive efficiency and competitiveness;
Manage information security, implementing policies and practices that protect the company’s data and digital assets;
Monitor the performance of IT systems, ensuring their high availability, efficiency and alignment with business needs;
Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies and solutions that improve IT processes and infrastructure;
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers, aiming at continuous innovation and resource optimization;
Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations, implementing policies and procedures that meet industry best practices.
Proven experience in senior leadership positions in the IT area, preferably as CIO in large companies;
Strong knowledge of digital transformation, including integration of new technologies and management of complex projects;
Deep knowledge of information security and technology risk management;
Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that support global growth and continuous innovation.
