As CHRO, you will face the challenge of transforming human resources management into a strategic pillar of the organization. You will be responsible for implementing policies and practices that strengthen organizational culture, ensure employee satisfaction and align human resources objectives with business goals, developing a dynamic and constantly evolving scenario.
Develop and implement the human resources strategy aligned with organizational objectives;
Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with the company’s culture;
Promote development and training initiatives for employees, aiming for professional and organizational growth;
Establish diversity and inclusion policies, promoting an equitable work environment;
Supervise talent engagement and retention programs, monitoring satisfaction indicators and organizational climate;
Coordinate performance management, ensuring continuous feedback and alignment of expectations;
Implement internal communication strategies that strengthen organizational culture and alignment between teams.
Consolidated experience in leadership positions in human resources in the consumer goods sector;
Solid knowledge in talent management, organizational development and corporate culture;
Proven track record in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives;
Ability to manage changes and promote innovation within the human resources area.
