Job description

In a scenario of fierce competition in the consumer goods sector, our client, a Brazilian multinational, is taking advantage of the moment to reposition its operations in the market. With the advancement of new technologies and changes in consumer behavior, the company is expanding nationally, adjusting its strategy to face both local and global competition. The new CEO will play a fundamental role in redefining this trajectory, strengthening the bridge between management and the board, with the aim of transforming the operation into a reference in the sector, focused on innovation and sustainable results.

As CEO, you will be challenged to lead this transformation, taking responsibility for aligning strategic decisions with the company’s accelerated growth. Your role will be to catalyze profound changes, connecting senior leadership with the board, and promoting bold innovations that will strengthen competitiveness and position the organization as a reference in the sector. The objective is to contribute to expansion with a long-term vision, while promoting operational efficiency and a high-performance corporate culture.

Main responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the execution of the company’s overall strategy, aligning long-term objectives with daily operations;

  • Connect and strengthen the relationship between management and the board, ensuring strategic alignment at all levels;

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, both in national and international markets, boosting innovation and competitiveness;
  • Supervise the company’s financial management, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing results;

  • Lead the company’s cultural transformation, promoting a culture of high performance and collaboration;

  • Manage crises and make critical decisions that affect the company’s long-term sustainability and success;

  • Represent the company at strategic events, investor meetings and meetings with external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leadership positions, preferably as CEO, in consumer goods companies;

  • History of success in national and international expansion, with a strong understanding of disruptive strategies;

  • Experience in strategic review and cultural transformation projects;

  • Ability to connect and positively influence directors and advisors, ensuring collaborative and aligned decisions.
