As number one in the area, you will be responsible for defining and implementing short and long-term financial strategies, directly impacting the company’s sustainable growth. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that advanced financial modeling, risk management, efficient capital allocation and debt re-profiling drive the company towards its objectives and strengthening its market position.
Conduct detailed financial analyzes to identify trends, assess risks and opportunities for strategic decision making;
Responsible for the company’s financial performance, as well as regulatory and compliance aspects;
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, exploring diverse sources of financing and identifying opportunities that maximize value for the company;
Develop cash planning and management, in order to restrict deviations and anomalies that may impact the finances;
Lead the restructuring of the company’s debt, focusing on optimizing the cost of capital (WACC) and extending Duration, aiming to maximize value for shareholders;
Drive the automation and digitalization of financial processes, promoting operational efficiency and agile adaptation to technological innovations;
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, ensuring the best financing conditions and alignment with corporate objectives.
Experience in leading process automation projects and implementing digital solutions, such as RPA;
Solid knowledge in debt reprofiling, WACC reduction strategies and Duration increase;
Previous fundraising experience.
