In a context of advanced growth and restructuring of areas, the B2B industry, recognized for excellence in its segment and characterized by innovative solutions, is looking for a new executive to head the Financial Board.
The Financial Department will be responsible for restructuring the area’s processes, in addition to developing strategic financial solutions. To this end, in-depth knowledge of structured operations will be essential, working directly with global partners and investors to optimize the capital structure and enable the company’s growth.
Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company’s long-term objectives, ensuring sustainability and profitability;
Lead financial restructuring initiatives, continuous process improvement and systems integration to optimize operational efficiency;
Oversee cash flow, working capital and optimize the allocation of financial resources, ensuring the necessary support for operations and growth initiatives;
Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, and implement robust corporate governance policies;
Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and mitigating risks;
Act as the main point of contact with investors, banks and other interested parties, reporting financial performance and participating in strategic negotiations;
Manage, develop and inspire the financial team, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
Strong knowledge of controlling, treasury, financial planning, compliance and corporate governance;
Ability to interpret financial data and transform it into strategic insights for decision making;
Proven track record of success in restructuring, M&A, or process improvement scenarios in changing environments;
Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing and inspiring cross-functional teams;
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to different audiences;
Advanced English;
Experience in the industrial sector.
