CFO

Recognized for its operations in the consumer goods segment and strong growth in the sector, the company is in a phase of significant expansion and aims to reinforce its leadership in the market with new business expansion strategies. As a result, it is looking for a new CFO to support growth and lead the financial structuring of the organization.

As the area’s main leader, you will be responsible for balancing support for the company’s growth with the strategic management of financial processes, based on accurate data for decision making. Its role will include ensuring operational efficiency and financial supervision in a context of accelerated expansion, prioritizing the alignment of decisions with the company’s strategic plan.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that maximize the return on invested capital (ROI) and support the organic and inorganic expansion plan;

• Ensure compliance of financial reports with international standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory standards, in addition to ensuring the accuracy of financial statements;

• Manage cash flow and working capital, optimizing the debt and investment structure, focusing on liquidity and profitability;

• Lead digital transformation initiatives in the financial area, promoting the adoption of integrated ERP systems and business intelligence tools for predictive analysis and process automation;

• Conduct financial risk management, including foreign exchange exposure, interest rates and credit, using hedging and derivative instruments;

• Strengthen corporate governance, implementing robust compliance policies and internal controls, aligned with best market practices;

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors in defining financial KPIs, EBITDA targets, operating margins and other performance metrics;

• Manage relations with investors, independent auditors and other external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity in financial communications.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as CFO or in financial leadership positions, preferably in large companies and in sectors with high operational complexity;

• Mastery of data-based financial management and use of technologies such as ERP, BI and big data to support decision making;

• Knowledge in creating financial products and services for the consumer goods industry (FIDC’s or Supply Chain Finance);

• Ability to lead financial transformation projects in companies in the expansion phase.
