Therefore, it is looking for a new CEO to lead this crucial phase of growth, developing people and strengthening compliance and governance practices.
As CEO, you will be responsible for professionalizing the company’s processes, implementing efficiency and operational excellence strategies. Your role will involve leading transformation and modernization projects, aligning operations with the organization’s growth and innovation objectives.
Identify and explore new market opportunities, establish new sales channels and strategic partnerships, aiming to expand the company’s presence in the telecommunications market;
Drive the professionalization of internal processes, promoting an organizational culture focused on efficiency, innovation and results;
Manage and develop senior leadership, promoting an environment of high performance and collaboration;
Evaluate and adopt new technologies and innovative practices that can improve the services offered;
Represent the company in strategic negotiations and high-impact partnerships;
Implement and reinforce robust corporate governance and compliance practices, ensuring transparency, ethics and regulatory compliance in all operations;
Maintain constructive relationships with shareholders, customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities and other interested parties;
Promote the adoption of new technologies and innovative practices that increase the company’s competitiveness and efficiency;
Ensure the company’s financial health, including cost optimization, budget management and strategic financial planning;
Lead expansion projects, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.
Proven experience in senior leadership positions in service companies, preferably in the telecommunications sector;
Ability to implement professionalization processes and operational efficiency;
Strong leadership and management skills for executive teams;
Experience in developing growth and market expansion strategies, focusing on innovation and technology.
Corporate contracting format with fixed remuneration. The short and long-term incentive policy will be implemented by the professional himself with approval from the Board.
