Searching for a Director of Capital Projects, the company aims to drive its strategic growth in Paraná through high-impact investment projects.
As Director of Capital Projects, you will be tasked with leading major initiatives that support the company’s expansion in the region. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective execution of projects, maintaining strict cost control and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will focus on innovation and delivering results that reinforce the company’s position as a leader in the agricultural pesticides sector.
Develop and implement strategic plans for capital projects, aligning them with the company’s long-term objectives;
Supervise project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring completion within financial forecasts;
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, consultants and other professionals involved;
Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks associated with projects, managing problems proactively;
Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring completion of stages within established deadlines;
Manage communication and expectations of all stakeholders, including executives, investors, suppliers and customers;
Constantly seek innovations and best practices to optimize project efficiency and improve results.
Familiarity with technical standards and safety and environmental regulations applicable to the industry;
Advanced English and Spanish;
Mobility to reside in Paraná.
