Recognized for delivering high-value-added Engineering services, a company in the Energy segment is looking for a new executive to lead the Low Voltage business unit in a context of restructuring its management model and repositioning in the market.
As leader in the area, your main challenge will be to prospect and develop relationships with large clients, working from the construction of commercial planning to the negotiation and winning of contracts, as well as ensuring operational efficiency throughout the execution of electrical works and installations. You will be responsible for the complete management of the business unit’s P&L.
Connect commercial actions and the contract management model with the group’s guidelines, ensuring integration and alignment with short, medium and long-term strategies;
Lead the structuring of the Go to Market plan until the closing of commercial contacts;
Manage the team and operations, focusing on optimizing results and P&L control;
Implement or optimize management methodologies and processes to improve contract performance and customer satisfaction;
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant customers, promoting loyalty and expansion of contracts.
Experience as a team manager in Engineering services companies, preferably in the Energy segment, responsible for the Commercial and Operational area;
Solid knowledge in strategic planning and contract management, with the ability to carry out diagnoses and implement improvements;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration or related field.
