Our client saw the end of a very positive cycle in the construction of its digital marketing channels, which were on the verge of stagnation in recent years. It was time to take a new leap, changing paradigms and business vision on its platform, adding new business to those that had already achieved good results.
The current Director was taking on another challenge in the group and they needed a professional with a strong innovative character. His performance would be decisive for a new moment in the company creating new value proposals for its customers.
What Evermonte did
We made the proposal to search for a rising executive, who was not yet a consolidated director but who was ready for this next career step. Having a consistent history of construction of the area or strong case of change through new businesses would be essential.
Our client was located in RS, but the search needed to cover the entire national territory. Many of the companies with the profile to have formed an executive with these characteristics are in the southeast and possibly our target would be there. More than 200 professionals from all over Brazil and some Brazilians who were abroad were mapped. After an intense period of evaluations and interviews, we presented two options that delivered everything we thought at the beginning of the process. It was not an easy choice and the interest shown in the challenge ended up weighing a lot when it came to hitting the hammer.
Due to the clarity of the project for both parties, it was not long before they began to feel the first results of this successful contract. Not only from a cultural point of view with new management and innovation methodologies, but also with extremely consistent results.
After a year, figures were released with approximately 50% growth in this channel. These indicators are extremely rewarding for our work because we know that in order to be achieved, the changes intended were actually made at the beginning of the selection process.
